By utilizing state of the art high speed Swiss screw machine for manufacturing, tightest tolerance of ±0.0005" was easily achieved. Dimensional integrity and overall quality was verified through in-process inspections including gage and visual inspections, which are augmented by our own high standards for quality and precision. The project represents a total run of 60,000 pieces, delivered at a volume of 5,000 a month.
